August 26th, Audatex was invited to participate and presented in IAC's "Auto Claims in Internet + Era"” sharing meeting. The presentation has successfully showcased our industry leadership, the outlook of new auto claims technology, and shared the vision of “Innovation for Excellence” in the transformation of China auto claims industry. 

 

 

During the meeting, leaders and experts from auto insurance related companies shared insights around auto claims regarding of internet innovation and big data. In the afternoon session of the meeting, Brian Seldess, Audatex APAC Managing Director and Weiliang Le, Audatex China Managing Director demonstration about Audatex's new technology for auto claims, including innovative solutions such as Digital Garage. In this speech, Brian put forward Audatex's point of view on future technology advance trend "When high technology is infused into auto claims industry development, forward thinkers will not only focus on the contacts with customers, but also the content they provide to their customers. Only when contacts and content are integrated, companies can think for their customer, think before their customer, provide cognitive service to their customers based on their own preference and demand, and eventually become a partner of the car owner’s life.” Mr. Weiliang Le also shared “We want to provide the platform to build contacts with customers and the content to deliver to them for key players of the industry. To help our clients win in the competition and lead the new trend in auto claims industry!”
